Meet The Team

Kim Slaughter

I have always loved design and imagery, so naturally, I studied Business and Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. In 1992 I started my first business, Prism Marketing and Management, a consulting firm focused on medical practices. I started The Blue Focus in 2008. In 2011, I married the love of my life—my 9th grade boyfriend. We reconnected after 27 years apart. How? Through Facebook, of course! We live happily in Conway, Arkansas and have four Chihuahuas. I received Conway’s Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Woman in Business award in 2017. Along with my business endeavors, I have a huge heart for helping others. In September 2017, I organized one of Conway’s largest networking/charity events known as “Conway The Road Ahead” which benefited the Bethlehem House and Deliver Hope. My latest event being held March 2017 will be “Business Leaders Inspiring Our Future” where we will couple Conway high school students with local business owners to positively impact and shape today’s youth. I also currently sit on the board of directors for the United Way Central Arkansas.  So, as my business continues to grow, so will my ability to pour back into my community, growing the place I call home.

Devon Fuller

My name is Devon Fuller. I was born in Pine Bluff and grew up in Conway, Ar. I graduated from Conway High School in 2005. Upon graduation, I worked retail customer service for 2 years. After having my daughter, Malaya, I transitioned into call center customer service, where I serviced credit card, mortgage, and auto accounts for 9 years. I graduated from Pulaski Technical College with my Associate of Arts degree in 2014 and am currently working on my Bachelor’s of English with a teaching certification from the University of Central Arkansas. In December 2017, I became the Executive Assistant to the Blue Focus. I am grateful to be a part of a productive and inspiring company that gives back to its community and helps small businesses grow. Through my work here, I too plan to be a small part in helping our community.

Tyler Stoner

When asked what defines The Blue Focus, Tyler quickly answers, “Our success as a company is absolutely determined by our clients’ success.”

“I’m here to serve my clients by helping them grow and expand their business and their brand”. It’s not just a job for Tyler; instead, he wants to work to be a valuable, trusted member of the Central Arkansas business community.

Tyler says part of what makes The Blue Focus different is that they consistently go the extra mile by being accessible and quick to turn around both questions and orders—and they always make sure every order is accurate.

Denise Faircloth

My name is Denise Faircloth. While I currently live in Salem, Alabama near Auburn, I am originally from Arkansas. And just in case you’re wondering, I am still a die-hard Hog fan. I am married to John Faircloth who is THE medical physicist “Sheldon,” and we have two children, Trent (19) and Zoe (8). I worked in the medical field for 11 years. I have known Kim since we were 12 years old, back in my drill team days, so quite naturally, I was delighted to join The Blue Focus with her in 2012. In the company, I am an Ad Designer and Facebook Content Specialist. I love my job because it gives me the ability to be creative and make a positive impact on small businesses. I extend that impact by giving back to my community where I spend time volunteering at various food banks and my child’s school, St. Anne Pacelli. While these activities keep me pretty busy, in my spare time I enjoy arrow head hunting, camping, and gardening.
